Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (Free of Charge)

We want to ensure you get the perfect fit. Exchanges for a different size, style or color are free of charge within the UAE.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

Processing Fee: Please note that for all returns resulting in a refund, a 50 DHS fee will be deducted from your total refund value to cover return delivery, inspection, and garment processing.

Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of manufacturing defects, the 50 DHS processing fee will be waived.
